Collection: Sarah G Sheppard

Sarah grew up in Texas surrounded by art and creativity in my childhood home. Once in college she studied Fine Art, Graphic Design, and Photography. After moving to Florida in 2005 Sarah began working with Venetian plaster, faux finishes, to large-scale exterior murals for local businesses, her work has always been about pushing boundaries and finding new ways to express herself.

These experiences have allowed Sarah to collaborate with organizations such as The American Heart Association, AARP, and Harley Davidson. In 2018 she began exploring metal-smithing and jewelry making. This exploration has deepened my appreciation for the intricate details that small-scale craftsmanship requires, influencing her larger works in unexpected ways. Through all these different avenues of creativity I developed a foundation that has guided me through several diverse creative ventures. Additionally, experimenting with rug tufting and fabric painting has kept my creative practice dynamic and ever-evolving.

At the core of Sarah's work is the desire to create pieces that resonate, inspire, and evoke curiosity. Whether it's a mural that transforms a space, a piece of jewelry that becomes a personal treasure, or a painting that stirs emotion, Sarah's goal is always to craft something meaningful. By embracing the interplay of traditional techniques and contemporary approaches, she strives to create art that feels both timeless and innovative.
